Terms of use

Portal (sendviaportal.com) is a web app for moving files between your own devices — phone and computer, phone and phone, or two computers. It is run by an independent developer based in Mozambique. Contact: adaylraseni@gmail.com.

By using Portal you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

• Portal connects your devices so you can browse, search and transfer files between them. Files go directly between your devices when possible; when not, through an encrypted relay that can't read them.
• Portal does not store your files on its servers.
• The Free plan works without an account. Some features (Plus, Pro, remembered devices, print-shop mode) need an account.
• We may change, add or remove features. We'll try to give notice of important changes.

• Only connect devices you own or are allowed to use, and only share files you have the right to share.
• Don't use Portal for anything illegal, to send malware, to access other people's devices without permission, or to overload or attack the service.
• Keep your account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Print shops using print-shop mode are responsible for how they handle their customers' documents.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; after cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials end on their own and are not charged. Portal is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and connections depend on your networks. Keep copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

You can stop using Portal at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: adaylraseni@gmail.com.
